Its a pity that everyone is scared and the authority are so cautious with Mushrooms, its no unlike any other food or plant in your garden, we have many garden plants that can make us sick or even Kill us, take the beautiful Oleander is quite toxic to humans, but we put up with it many of our parks and gardens, but oh 1 site of a mushroom and all the nay sayers come out of the woodwork.
Done get me wrong, if you eat the wrong fungi you can wind up in hospital or even worse, the world is a risk, during your car is the greatest risk that we expose ourselves to on a daily basis.
This time of the year can be quite rewarding, Mushrooms, planting the colder veg, cauliflower, broccoli, cabbage, spinach, lettuce, Bok Choy, spring onions….
